New Technology for NSD Labels

At NSD Labels, we are continuing to make investment in the latest technology, with the purchase of a WT-35 Bi-Directional Rewind System which allow us to join and inspect labels to customer specification quickly and to maintain an even roll tension.

The new system has several impressive features, including a choice of coreholder styles and sizes, a selection of counting systems, a bi-directional system and variable motor speed control and pneumatic friction brake which allows more accurate and repeatable tension control.

NSD Labels were formed from one of Scotland’s longest established print businesses and we offer a centre of excellence for digital label printing, as well as full colour UV flexo combination printing, including UV screen with in-line foiling and embossing. We also specialise in high-end, unique and complex labelling solutions.
