Company Role / What do you do at NSD Labels?

Assistant Operations and NPD Manager, I am very focused on customer service and the front end of the business I strive to have job satisfaction.

What are your credentials/past experience, for working in your position?

 I have always been in a customer service / sales environment, I have been back with NSD for over a year and was here before for 9 years which must mean something!

What do you like about working at NSD Labels?

The people, we all get along and work as a team.

What is something customers in your industry are challenged with that you can help with /fix?

Short lead times, if needs must we pull out the stops and service the customer.

What’s your background?

 I left school at 15 and have never been out of work, my first job was a YTS course with Scottish & Newcastle Brewery in the Sales department I learned a lot in that year and it set me up for the rest of my work life, I also worked for an Office Furniture Company which I really enjoyed, it was always nice to see the end result of a furniture installation.

What are the values that drive you?

Honesty and passion and I take pride in my work.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

Reading and going for walks.
